General information

My interests concerns ecology and restoration ecology in large river floodplain. My field of expertise is diversity measurement, floodplain ecology, aquatic macroinvertebrates, hydrological connectivity, restoration ecology.

I successfully finished my PhD thesis and I am currently a post-doc reseacher at the University of Geneva. Since the first April 2010, I will be a post-doctorate at the University of Cambridge. In collaboration with Dr. David Aldridge, we will study the impact of large river floodplain restoration on alien species. I am looking for international collaborations and a new post-doc in aquatic ecology from 2012. If you are interested by a collaboration or have a proposal, please contact me by e-mail at amael.paillex[@]unige.ch
